It’s been revealed that both and Oksana Grigorieva signed a child custody agreement back in May, giving Gibson rights to their 10-month old daughter that included unsupervised contact and joint legal and physical custody, according to TMZ.
On May 16, both the actor and his ex signed the agreement but days later Oksana renounced it. Oksana, a Russian singer, said she was unaware that the agreement allowed Gibson unsupervised visits with their daughter, Lucia. When Lucia turns three years old, Gibson would be given joint custody, according to the document.
